Pirates of Refru’s Island: Legend of the Forgotten Treasure.
A few thousands years ago, there was a powerful man, Captain Jack Eagle, who was known as the King of the Pirates. Just before his death, he announced that his treasure, the Refru, will be up for the taking. No one knew what the Refru was; yet everyone sought after it.
Today, the long lost map of Refru’s Island resurfaced. Treasures are scattered across the island and among which is the Refru, a treasure said to be the rarest of all treasures and only to be heard in legends. All promising pirates are fighting to uncover the forgotten treasure. Will you find it before others? Get ready to be sand to the beach!
Aim of Race:
Surf N Hunt II is an adaptation from last year's Surf N Hunt with 2 per team of any combination. Participants are to look for treasures and accumulate points around Sentosa within the time limit . At the end of the race, treasures found can be redeemed and points will be totaled up. The team with the highest total points will win the grand prize. Teams will be detailed according to their gender combinations. However, they compete for the same top prizes.
Teams will start by surfing together with their teammates on the same surfboard before receiving their clue cards. Points and treasures are in the form of tokens and every wave will have an assigned color. Teams have to checkout with the station I/C with their tokens before they can proceed to their next station.

Additional Info on Race:
1. A customized treasure map will be given after teams have surfed, containing clues to all the stations. Teams can start from any station.
2. There will be a limited number of prizes found per wave.
3. Teams are only allowed to use tram/bus as transportation.
4. At the same stations, teams from different waves will find different treasures / points to minimize collaborations between teams from different waves.
5. There will be elements to help teams complete stations more quickly / sabotage other teams.
6. Race will be priced at $46 ($38 for Early Bird Registration!).
