The welfare and safety of our participants are always our number one priority! However, do note that Surf N Sweat 2018 only provides minimal personal accidents insurance coverage for the participants. BEACH GAMES QUESTIONS
What happens if my teammate is late? Will the team still be able to register?
As long as the minimum requirements of male and female participants on court are met, teams will still be able to register. Latecomers must report to the help desk when they arrive.
What if a team member is unable to be present on the event day?
We will only allow a change of member only if the LOA form is presented at the registration booth on the day itself. Do note that an administration free of $10 will be charged for each player that is being substituted.
What if my team (without a reserve player) wishes to add in another member on the event day itself?
We will allow additional team players to be registered with an administration fee of $10 per player.
What happens if I am unable to finish my game due to injuries/unforeseen circumstances?
You may choose to substitute yourself with a reserve player in your team. If there are no reserve players, the game can continue as long as the team strength is not crippled by more than one player. If the minimum number of females on court is not met, the game can still continue with a handicap. Should the team be crippled by more than one player, a walkover will occur and no refunds will be given.
